The HiBoost Industrial 100K is a four-antenna industrial booster system designed for the largest buildings, including office centers, warehouses, medical centers, apartment buildings, and other commercial/industrial facilities that need better cell signal reception with high user demands. The Industrial 100K improves both voice and data to reduce dropped calls and missed emails and texts, keeping your business, employees, residents, and/or guests connected with a stronger cell signal.
The HiBoost Industrial 100K amplifier features a backlit LCD display and controls for gain and power.
Under the framework developed by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the HiBoost Industrial 100K is classified as an industrial signal booster
. You will need approval from the carriers this booster amplifies before installing the Industrial 100K and commissioning it on their networks.
HiBoost’s Signal Supervisor app for smartphones helps you set up and monitor your cell signal booster. The booster links to your iPhone or Android smartphone via a Bluetooth or WiFi connection. With Signal Supervisor, you can:

The HiBoost Industrial 100K system includes 400-type coax cable to connect the amplifier to the inside antennas. If your building requires fire-rated cable in plenum spaces, please ask us about upgrading to ½-inch plenum air coax. Plenum cable fully meets state and federal building codes.
Plenum cable also has nearly half the signal loss per foot of cable compared to 400-type coax cable, delivering stronger signal from the HiBoost amplifier to your phones and other cellular devices.

This system uses 400 coax (left), but you can upgrade to fire-rated plenum air coax cable (right) for building-code compliance and better performance.

HiBoost Industrial 100K user manual
The HiBoost Industrial 100K receives the outside cell signal, amplifies it, and rebroadcasts it inside your building through four or more ceiling-mounted dome antennas. This allows you to stay connected in areas where cell service is poor or where your building’s materials interfere with signals from the local cell tower.
The HiBoost Industrial 100K works with all major wireless carriers, including Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, DISH Wireless, UScellular, GCI Alaska, and most others.
It operates on common cellular frequencies.
With strong outside cell signal (−95 dBm RSRP or greater), the HiBoost Industrial 100K can cover up to 100,000 square feet of indoor building space with 700 MHz signal. The size of the coverage area depends on many factors, including:
