Product Description

This product has been discontinued and replaced by the weBoost Home MultiRoom 470144.

Features of the weBoost Connect 4G

  • Boosts cell signal in your home for multiple users.
  • Boosts 4G LTE and 3G service for voice, text, and data.
  • Works with all major U.S. cellular carriers and networks.

The weBoost Connect 4G cell phone signal booster has been designed to provide maximum power for the best possible cellular reception in your home. Stay connected with the strongest cell signal, and experience fewer dropped calls, undelivered texts, and missed email messages. Keep your data moving faster in areas with weak cell service and in buildings that block outside cell signal.

Who is the weBoost Connect 4G for?

  • Those who frequently experience dropped calls, undelivered texts, or slow 4G internet at home.
  • Homes in remote locations with weak cell service (new communities, rural areas, cabins, etc.)
  • Homes with building materials that block outside cell signal (plaster, concrete, UV-coated windows, etc.).

Do-it-yourself installation

You can install the weBoost Connect 4G yourself in a few hours. (See Documentation, below, to download the installation guide.)

Alternatively, you can have a professional install your booster system at additional cost. We recommend that you contact a local cable/satellite TV installer; the work required to install a cell signal booster is similar to installing a satellite dish TV service.

How it works

Using Wilson Electronics’ patented SmarTech III® technology, the Connect 4G receives the outside cell signal, amplifies it, and rebroadcasts it inside your home. This allows you to stay connected in areas where cell service is poor, or where your home’s building materials interfere with signals from the local cell tower.

Works with all major cellular carriers

The weBoost Connect 4G works with all major wireless carriers, including Verizon, AT&T, T‑Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most others.

It operates on common 4G/3G cellular frequencies.

  • 700 MHz (SMH) bands 12, 13, 17.
  • 850 MHz (Cellular 850) band 5.
  • 1700/2100 MHz (AWS) band 4.
  • 1900 MHz (PCS) bands 2, 25.

How much area will the weBoost Connect 4G cover?

The Connect 4G is designed to amplify cellular transmissions inside a small home or two to three rooms in a larger home.

This system comes with one panel antenna that will broadcast improved cellular signal in a horizontal cone shape. The distance from the antenna with usable cell signal depends on many factors, including:

  • Outside cell signal strength received by the donor antenna.
  • Inside building materials. (Cellular frequencies pass through wood framing and drywall more easily than through steel and concrete.)
  • Cellular frequencies used by the carrier. (Lower-frequency LTE and 800 MHz signals travel farther than higher-frequency AWS and PCS signals.)

In general, the stronger the outside cell signal, the greater the interior broadcast distance.

Powerful Signal has over a decade of experience designing and installing cellular amplification systems. Please call us at 866‐912‐3444 or contact us online, and we’ll be happy to calculate the coverage area this system will provide in your building and answer any other questions about this amplifier.
