The SureCall Force5 2.0 commercial cell signal amplifier is designed for large offices and other buildings that need improved cell signal reception. The Force5 improves voice and data reception, reducing dropped calls and missed emails and texts, keeping your employees, clients, and customers connected with a stronger cell signal.
This kit includes one to four inside flat dome antennas that send amplified signal to the phones in your building.
* 50,000 square feet of indoor coverage is possible with strong outside cell signal and four inside antennas. Weaker outside signal and/or fewer antennas will result in less indoor coverage. (See below.)
The SureCall Force5 2.0 features manual gain control—each cellular frequency can be individually adjusted to get the best possible signal in your office.

The SureCall Force5 2.0 can be self-installed if you are familiar with cellular amplification equipment. We’ll be happy to advise you on the best placement of antennas or provide a custom, turnkey solution. The SureCall Force5 2.0 system includes 400-type coax cable to connect the amplifier to the inside antennas. If your building requires fire-rated cable in plenum spaces, please ask us about upgrading to ½‑inch plenum air coax. Plenum cable fully meets state and federal building codes.
Plenum cable also has nearly half the signal loss per foot of cable compared to 400-type coax cable, delivering stronger signal from the SureCall amplifier to your phones and other cellular devices.

This system uses 400 coax (left), but you can upgrade to fire-rated plenum air coax cable (right) for building-code compliance and better performance.

Using SureCall’s patented SureIQ™ technology, the Force5 2.0 receives the outside cell signal, amplifies it, and rebroadcasts it inside your office through one or more ceiling-mounted thin dome antennas. This allows you to stay connected in areas where cell service is poor or where your building’s construction materials interfere with signals from the local cell tower.
The SureCall Force5 2.0 works with all major wireless carriers, including Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, DISH Wireless, UScellular, GCI Alaska, and most others.
It operates on common cellular frequencies.
This kit gives you the choice of an outdoor directional or omnidirectional antenna. Here are some general guidelines for selecting the right antenna.

This system comes with one to four dome antennas that broadcast improved cellular signal in a spherical pattern. With strong outside cell signal (−95 dBm RSRP or greater), one antenna can cover up to 20,000 square feet of indoor building space with 700 MHz signal and four antennas can cover up to 50,000 square feet. The size of the coverage area you’ll experience depends on many factors, including:
