Product Description

Features of the Nextivity CEL-FI GO G41 three-carrier system

  • Powered by CEL-FI GO G41 technology, with an industry-leading 100 dB of gain—the highest gain of any carrier-preapproved cell signal amplifier.
  • This three-carrier solution provides signal for the three major US carrier networks—Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile.
  • AT&T coverage includes FirstNet band 14 used by police agencies, fire departments, and other first responders.
  • Amplifiers are housed in a commercial-grade, wall-mounted steel box (24″ × 18″ × 4″ / 60 × 46 × 10 cm) for clean and easy installation.
  • Your choice of outside antenna array:
  • Targeted mode: Three directional LPDA antennas are each pointed at a specific carrier’s cell tower (one each for Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile.)
  • Omni mode: One high-gain omnidirectional antenna sends and receives signal to and from all carrier cell towers in all directions.
  • This solution with two indoor dome antennas allows you to distribute signal more evenly in long, narrow offices, buildings with two floors, and other facilities up to 15,000 square feet (with strong outside signal).
  • Carrier-approved and ready to install; no contracts or licenses required.
  • Unconditionally network safe: Will not interfere with WiFi or other wireless transmissions.
  • Configure and monitor your boosters with the CEL-FI WAVE app for smartphones.

This system is a three-carrier CEL-FI solution that provides up to 100 dB of signal gain, giving you the strongest carrier-preapproved cellular booster available with coverage for all three major cellular networks with no licensing or carrier contracts needed.

CEL-FI GO G41 technology is fully automatic and does not require any adjustment. At power-up, each amplifier analyzes its assigned carrier network to determine signal strength and quality, then it selects the best cellular band for that carrier.

This two-antenna solution, available only from Powerful Signal, includes two Top Signal EDGE dome antennas that can be installed on drop or hard deck ceilings and a rooftop mount for the outside antenna.

Who is the Nextivity CEL-FI GO G41 three-carrier system for?

  • Rectangular, L-shaped, long, and two-story buildings.
  • Buildings with two sections separated by steel or other dense construction materials.
  • Those who have heavy cellular user and data loads.
  • Those who want improved signal for Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile networks.
  • Law enforcement agency headquarters and fire and emergency medical services stations that rely on the FirstNet public safety communications network.
  • Small and midsized offices, parking structures, government facilities, retail locations, and similar buildings.
  • Large custom homes and small offices in areas where cell service is poor
  • Buildings in urban locations with building materials that block outside cell signal (steel, glass, concrete, plaster, etc.).
  • Building areas below ground level and other places where inside cell reception is poor.

Your choice of outside antenna array

The CEL-FI GO G41 three-carrier system sends and receives signal to and from cell towers in the local area. Because those towers are often in different directions from your building’s location, this system offers two outdoor antenna options:

Targeted mode uses three directional antennas that are each pointed at a specific cell tower—one for Verizon, one for AT&T/FirstNet, and one for T-Mobile. With three individually targeted directional antennas, each GO G41 amplifier will receive more signal (higher antenna gain) with less noise. This setup requires you to run three separate coax cables from the amplifier box to the antennas on the roof.

Omni mode uses a single run of coax cable from the amplifier box to the roof, where it connects to a high-gain omnidirectional antenna that sends and receives signal to and from all cell towers in all directions. This setup is easier to install than targeted mode; however, antenna gain is lower and noise is greater, reducing the indoor coverage area and signal quality the amplifiers can provide.

Get more features with the Nextivity WAVE app

The Nextivity WAVE app for smartphones lets you check your CEL-FI GO G41 boosters’ status and change their settings:

  • Home: An overview of the state of your CEL-FI GO G41 booster system, including the outdoor signal quality and strength and quality and indoor antenna separation.
  • Activity: Get detailed technical information on the bands of frequency being amplified and the state of the booster.
  • Advanced: Switch between operators (carriers), enable and disable specific bands and channels of frequency, update your booster’s software, tune your outside directional antenna, and more.

Optional plenum air coax cable upgrade

The CEL-FI GO G41 three-carrier system includes TS-400 coax cables to connect the amplifiers to the inside antenna(s). If your building requires fire-rated cableexternal link icon in plenum spaces, please ask us about upgrading to half-inch plenum air coax. Plenum cable fully meets state and federal building codes.

Plenum cable also has nearly half the signal loss per foot of cable compared to TS-400 coax cable, providing stronger signal from your GO G41 multicarrier system and a wider indoor coverage area.

(Plenum air cable is available at additional cost. Call Powerful Signal at 435-634-6800 for details.)

How the Nextivity CEL-FI GO G41 three-carrier system works

Nextivity’s CEL-FI GO G41 receives the outside cell signal, amplifies it, and rebroadcasts it inside your building through two inside antennas. This allows you to stay connected in areas where cell service is poor or where building materials interfere with signals from the local cell tower.

Works with three major cellular carriers

The Nextivity CEL-FI GO G41 booster works with all three major cellular networks:

  • Verizon 5G/4G (bands 2, 4, 5, 13)
  • AT&T 5G/4G (bands 2, 4, 5, 12 + FirstNet band 14)
  • T-Mobile 5G/4G (bands 2, 4, 12)

The three CEL-FI GO G41 amplifiers are each assigned to an individual carrier. Each amplifier analyzes the qualify of its carrier’s signal and chooses the two highest-quality channels within the available bands of cellular frequency.

How much area will the CEL-FI GO G41 three-carrier system cover?

This system includes two dome antennas that each broadcast improved cellular signal in a shape similar to a donut or an inner tube. The radius of coverage depends on many factors, including:

  • Outside signal strength received by the donor antenna(s).
  • The choice of outside donor antenna(s). Three targeted directional antennas will have more gain and less noise than a single omni antenna.
  • The length of coax cable between the outside antenna(s) and the booster. Always use the shortest cable(s) possible for this run.
  • Inside building materials. (Cellular frequencies pass through wood framing and drywall more easily than through steel and concrete.)
  • The cellular frequencies used by the carrier. (Lower-frequency SMH and CLR signals travel farther than higher-frequency AWS and PCS signals.)

In general, the stronger the outside cell signal, the greater the interior broadcast distance.

With strong outside cell signal (−95 dBm RSRP or greater), the CEL-FI GO G41 three-carrier systems can cover up to 15,000 square feet of indoor building space with 700 MHz signal. With weak outside cell signal (−115 dBm RSRP), it may cover 2,500 square feet of indoor space or less.

Powerful Signal has over a decade of experience designing and installing cellular amplification systems. Please call us at 435-634-6800 or contact us online, and we’ll be happy to calculate the coverage area this system will provide in your building and answer any other questions about this amplifier.
