Features of the WilsonPro 70 Office PRO 4-antenna system

  • Designed for low to moderate loads, both voice and data.
  • Best-in-class coverage area: Designed for offices up to approximately 60,000 square feet.
  • Carrier agnostic: Works with all major U.S. cellular carriers and networks.
  • Boosts 4G LTE and 3G service for voice, text, and data.
  • Graphical uplink and downlink power meter.
  • Boosts cell signal in small offices for multiple users.
  • Includes commercial-grade antennas and commercial/carrier grade plenum air coax cables.

This WilsonPro 70 Office PRO system is a four-antenna option designed for small offices or building areas that need improved cell signal reception and have low to moderate user and data demands. This system improves both voice and data to reduce dropped calls and missed emails and texts, keeping your business and employees connected with a stronger cell signal.

This kit includes four (4) inside dome antennas that send amplified signal to the phones in your office in four different areas. Four antennas are able to disperse evenly-boosted cell signal into 4 different zones. It is not necessarily four times the coverage, but rather more even coverage in a larger area.

This system uses ½‑inch plenum air coax cable for use in commercial buildings with code requirements for fire-rated coax cable, or for customers who want the best possible performance from their Office PRO system. Half-inch plenum cable has the highest grade and performance, giving you better coverage and lower signal loss per foot than conventional 400-type coax cable.

Please Note: These diagrams are only examples of possible antenna configurations. Additional coax cable may be required in the WilsonPro 70 Office PRO plenum system to achieve these examples. Powerful Signal will be happy to help you determine the proper cabling and coverage for this system in your office environment.

Why ½‑inch plenum air coax cable?

This Office PRO system includes ½‑inch plenum air coax cable, pre-terminated with N-male connectors.

Plenum coax cable comes in different types, including (among many others) 400 plenum and ½‑inch plenum. Not all plenum cable performs the same way, though: Powerful Signal prefers ½‑inch plenum air because it meets commercial building codes and has superior performance.

  • Commercial building codes: Building codes require plenum-rated coax cable in certain commercial environments. Plenum cable is jacketed with fire-retardant plastic and is designed to reduce toxic fumes during a fire.
  • Superior performance: Plenum air coax has extremely low signal loss (nearly half that of 400-type cable), providing better cell signal amplifier performance and allowing for longer cable runs. Even if your building codes do not require plenum cable, choosing plenum will give you the strongest possible signal in your office or other large building.

Plenum air coax cable must be handled properly and not bent improperly or kinked. Like other coax cable with cell signal amplifiers, it is critical that no coils are left in the cable after installation. We recommend that you have a professional installer who is experienced with plenum cable set up your system.

Who is the WilsonPro 70 Office PRO plenum system for?

  • Those in commercial environments that have plenum coax cable requirements.
  • Those who need maximum system performance.
  • Those who have heavy cellular user and data loads.
  • Those who have a multiple areas that need better cell signal
  • Those who frequently experience dropped calls, undelivered texts, or slow 4G data.
  • Small offices in urban locations with building materials that block outside cell signal (steel, glass, concrete, plaster, etc.).
  • Small offices below ground level, and other places where cell reception is poor.

Purchasing a WilsonPro 70 Office PRO plenum system kit

Properly installing and configuring the WilsonPro 70 Office PRO plenum system is complex task, so we strongly advise a custom solution (see above). If you prefer to purchase a Pro 70 Office PRO plenum system as a standalone product, without design and installation, the kit comes with the following components:

How the WilsonPro 70 PLUS Office PRO MAX works

Using Wilson Electronics’ patented SmarTech III® technology, the WilsonPro 70 Office PRO plenum system receives the outside cell signal, amplifies it, and rebroadcasts it inside your office through four ceiling-mounted dome antennas. This allows you to stay connected in areas where cell service is poor or where your office’s building materials interfere with signals from the local cell tower.

Works with all major cellular carriers

The WilsonPro 70 Office PRO plenum system works with all major wireless carriers, including Verizon, AT&T, T‑Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most others.

It operates on common 4G/3G cellular frequencies.

  • 700 MHz (SMH) bands 12, 13, 17.
  • 850 MHz (Cellular 850) band 5.
  • 1700/2100 MHz (AWS) band 4.
  • 1900 MHz (PCS) bands 2, 25.

How much area will this product cover?

This system comes with four dome antennas that will broadcast improved cellular signal in a spherical pattern. The radius of that circle depends on many factors, including:

  • Outside cell signal strength received by the donor antenna.
  • Inside building materials. (Cellular frequencies pass through wood framing and drywall more easily than through steel and concrete.)
  • Cellular frequencies used by the carrier. (Lower-frequency LTE and 800 MHz signals travel farther than higher-frequency AWS and PCS signals.)

In general, the stronger the outside cell signal, the greater the interior broadcast distance.

Powerful Signal has over a decade of experience designing and installing cellular amplification systems. Please call us at 866‐912‐3444 or contact us online, and we’ll be happy to calculate the coverage area this system will provide in your building and answer any other questions about this amplifier.

Some online retailers claim that a one-antenna WilsonPro commercial system will provide 50,000 square feet of coverage. That figure is unrealistic under typical conditions, and Powerful Signal warns consumers against purchasing WilsonPro systems from retailers who make such exaggerated claims.
