Product Description

The weBoost RV35 is designed to be used while your RV is parked. If you need boosted cell signal while driving, see the weBoost RV20.

Features of the weBoost RV50

  • weBoost’s “set-it-and-forget-it” cell signal booster for large RVs up to 50 feet long, including Class A motorhomes and fifth wheels.
  • Two inside mini-panel antennas deliver coverage from the front of the rig to the back, instead of one antenna trying to reach both ends.
  • A permanently mounted Omni Plus roofline antenna receives signal from every direction with more gain than the standard omni on the RV35. There is nothing to aim and nothing to adjust when you arrive.
  • Uses a home-booster-grade amplifier with up to 60 dB of gain—10 dB (10×) more than the federal limit allows for boosters used while driving. That extra gain is what puts usable signal through a parked rig.*
  • Boosts cell signal for multiple users and devices at the same time.
  • Boosts 5G and 4G/LTE service for voice, text, and data. (Learn more about 5G compatibility.)
  • Works with all major US carriers and networks.
  • DIY installation, guided step by step by the weBoost app. No subscriptions and no recurring fees.
  • Designed and assembled in St. George, Utah, and backed by a 2-year warranty.

The weBoost RV50 shares the weBoost RV35’s amplifier—the same one used in the weBoost Home Studio—and pairs it with the higher-gain Omni Plus roofline antenna and a second inside antenna. In a 45-foot Class A, one inside antenna at the galley leaves the bedroom short. Two antennas, split front and back, solve that.

Because the roofline antenna is mounted once and receives from every direction, the system starts working the moment you park. There is no pole to raise, no tower to find, and no setup ritual at the campsite.

* The RV50 is a fixed-location booster, not a mobile one. Use it while parked.

Who is the weBoost RV50 for?

  • Class A motorhomes and fifth wheels (up to 50 feet long).
  • Large travel trailers and toy haulers where one inside antenna won’t reach end to end.
  • Full-time RVers who live and work from the rig.
  • Families and travel groups with several people and devices connected at once.
  • RVers who park in national parks, state parks, and other remote locations with weak cell service.
  • RVers in crowded RV parks where the local tower is congested.
  • Anyone who needs signal at both ends of a long rig, not just near the booster.

For rigs 20 to 40 feet, the single-antenna weBoost RV35 is the better value. If you need boosted signal while the rig is moving, you need a mobile-class booster instead: the weBoost RV20.

Do-it-yourself installation

You can install the weBoost RV50 yourself. The Omni Plus antenna mounts once at the roofline, the coax runs in through an existing junction box or the included window entry cable, and the two-way splitter feeds the two inside antennas.

Place the two inside antennas well apart—one toward the front of the rig and one toward the back—so they cover different areas instead of overlapping. Because the outside antenna is omnidirectional, there is nothing to aim during installation and nothing to re-aim at your next campsite.

Get installation help with the weBoost smartphone app

The weBoost app measures signal performance, pinpoints the nearest cell tower, and shows your cell signal strength before and after installation. It includes step-by-step setup instructions and how-to videos for weBoost products.

How the weBoost RV50 works

Using Wilson Connectivity’s patented technology, the weBoost RV50 receives the outside cell signal through the Omni Plus roofline antenna, amplifies it, and rebroadcasts it inside your RV through two mini-panel antennas. This allows you to stay connected at campsites where cell service is poor or where your rig’s construction blocks signal from the local cell tower.

The two-way splitter divides the amplifier’s output between the two inside antennas, so each one serves its own end of the rig. Rather than one antenna straining to cover 45 feet, each antenna covers a shorter distance well.

The mini-panel antennas are omnidirectional. They send amplified signal in all directions, so place them inside the RV in the areaa you use most.

Works with all major cellular carriers

The weBoost RV50 works with all major wireless carriers, including Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, Boost Mobile, UScellular, GCI Alaska, and most others.
