Features of the Poynting OMNI‑493 marine antenna

25.4″ × 3.0″ (646 × 75 mm) omnidirectional outdoor marine antenna. (29.5″ height with marine mount adapter base attached.)
N‑female connector on the bottom of the antenna supports flexible 195‑ and 200‑type coax, low‑loss 400‑type coax, and other 50‑ohm cables.
Covers today’s 4G/LTE and 5G operating frequencies—including T-Mobile band 71 and 3.3–3.8 GHz CBRS and C‑band—with excellent gain. (Learn more about optimal gain for marine antennas.)

The included marine adapter base with side‑exit port has a threaded base that mounts to standard 1″ × 14‑thread marine mounts.
Also mounts to poles 1.5″–2.0″ in diameter with included L‑bracket and U‑bolts.

Installation

The Poynting OMNI‑493 marine antenna includes an adapter base that attaches to a 1″ × 14‑thread marine mount. (If you need a marine mount, we offer a Shakespeare 4190 steel ratchet rail mount as an optional add‑on, above.)

The adapter base’s side‑exit port accepts 195‑type coax with SMA or FME connectors. 200‑ and 400‑type coax with N connectors feeds through the bottom of the adapter; this requires a cut‑out in the marine mount for the cable to pass through. (See image below.)
