Top Signal Warranty Information

This warranty applies to Top Signal-branded products purchased new from Powerful Signal. Coverage begins on the date of purchase and extends only to the original purchaser; a dated receipt or order number is required for all warranty claims. This warranty is not transferable.
SIGNAL BOOSTERS (AMPLIFIERS)
Top Signal-branded signal boosters are covered by Top Signal’s 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the booster for any reason, contact Powerful Signal by phone (435-634-6800) or online within 90 days of purchase to arrange a return for a refund of the product price. (Original shipping charges are non-refundable.)
Signal boosters that have been permanently installed — mounted to a wall, vehicle, vessel, or other surface — are not eligible for the 90-day money-back guarantee, but remain covered under the 3-year warranty below.
Top Signal-branded signal boosters are warranted for 3 years against defects in workmanship or materials. To make a warranty claim, contact Powerful Signal by phone (435-634-6800) or online.
Powerful Signal shall, at its option, repair the signal booster, replace it with the same or a functionally equivalent model, or issue a refund of the original product price. For continental US addresses, Powerful Signal will email the customer a prepaid shipping label to send the product in for service. For Alaska, Hawaii, and international addresses, the customer pays to ship the product to Powerful Signal. Powerful Signal will return the repaired or replacement product to the customer at no charge to any US address (all 50 states); international customers pay for return shipping.
Required for warranty coverage: Signal boosters must be powered through a surge-protected AC power strip with a surge energy rating of at least 1,000 joules. Damage caused by power surges to boosters that were not protected this way is not covered.
Neither the 90-day money-back guarantee nor the 3-year warranty applies to any signal booster determined by Powerful Signal to have been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, or mishandling that alters or damages its physical or electronic properties. The warranty also does not cover damage from environmental events, including lightning strikes, power surges, sun/UV exposure, wind, hail, flood, or fire (including wildfires).
