All HiBoost products are protected by Powerful Signal’s 90-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason the performance of any product is not acceptable, contact us to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization).

SIGNAL BOOSTER (AMPLIFIER)

All HiBoost products are protected by Powerful Signal’s 90-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason the performance of any product is not acceptable, contact us to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization).

(Signal boosters that have been mounted are not eligible for a 90-day money-back guarantee, but are protected by warranty.)

HiBoost signal boosters sold by Powerful Signal are further warranted for 3 years against defects in workmanship and/or materials.* To resolve a warranty case, contact Powerful Signal by phone (435-634-6800) or online.

Powerful Signal shall, at its option, either repair or replace the signal booster. Powerful Signal will pay for delivery of the repaired or replaced product back to the original consumer if located within the continental U.S.

Neither the 90-day money-back guarantee nor the 3-year warranty apply to any signal booster determined by Powerful Signal to have been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, or mishandling that alters or damages its physical or electronic properties. Failure to use a surge-protected AC power strip with at least a 1000 Joule rating will void your warranty.

* HiBoost’s refurbished signal boosters and kits are warranted for one (1) year.

COMPONENTS AND ACCESSORIES

Components and accessories are warranted for 90 days against defects in workmanship and/or materials. To resolve a warranty case, contact Powerful Signal by phone (435-634-6800) or online.

This warranty does not apply to any accessory or component determined by Powerful Signal to have been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, or mishandling that alters or damages its physical or electronic properties.
