The Cel-Fi PRO improves HD voice and data coverage for AT&T 3G/4G/LTE. With up to 100dB of gain, the Cel-Fi PRO improves cellular service by eliminating dead zones, dropped calls, and slow data inside your home.

The Cel-Fi PRO is fully self-contained and self-configuring. It requires no external antennas or cables—simply plug in the Network Unit and Coverage Unit and enjoy better signal within minutes.

Do-it-yourself installation

You can set up the Cel-Fi PRO Wireless Smart Signal Booster system in only a few minutes. (See Documentation, below, to download the quick start guide with detailed installation instructions. The video at the bottom of this page also has an overview of the setup process.)

Using the bars in your phone’s notification area, find the location in your house with the best cell coverage. (The instructions in our Cell Signal Strength article can help you with this.) Make sure a LTE, 4G, or 3G icon is displayed on your handset.
Plug in the Cel-Fi PRO Network Unit inside your home, with the display facing inside the house, near the area with the strongest 4G LTE signal. (This will probably be near a window or exterior wall.) Make sure the Network Unit’s display shows at least one bar of signal. If the Network Unit’s reception is poor, try placing it in different areas in your home.
Plug in the Cel-Fi PRO Coverage Unit inside your home, as far as possible from the Network Unit or where you need improved coverage the most. Within a few minutes, the LCD display on the Coverage Unit will tell you if your setup is complete or if you need to move the Network Unit or the Coverage Units for better reception.
That’s it! You may leave the Network Unit and Coverage Unit standing upright on a flat surface, or mount either or both of them to a wall with the included hardware.

How it works

The Cel-Fi PRO Wireless Smart Signal Booster system’s Network Unit receives the outside cell signal and wirelessly transmits it to the Coverage Unit. The Coverage Unit amplifies the signal and broadcasts it inside your home. This allows you to stay connected in locations where cell service is poor or where your home’s construction materials interfere with signals from the local cell tower.

Works on the AT&T network only

This Cel-Fi PRO Wireless Smart Signal Booster system only works with 3G/4G/LTE cellular bands licensed by AT&T. It will not work with Verizon, T‑Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and other cellular networks.

The Cel-Fi PRO supports up to four cellular bands:

700 MHz (SMH) band 12.
800 MHz (Cellular) band 5.
1900 MHz (PCS) band 2.
1700/2100 MHz (AWS) band 4.

It does not amplify 700 MHz bands 13 or 17 or 1900 MHz (Extended PCS) band 25.

How much area will this product cover?

The Cel-Fi PRO Wireless Smart Signal Booster is designed to amplify cellular transmissions inside a home, large condominium or apartment, or similar space.

The PRO Coverage Unit will broadcast improved cellular signal in spherical pattern. The broadcast distance depends on many factors, including inside building materials (cell signals pass through wood framing and drywall more easily than through steel and concrete) and which cellular frequencies are being boosted (lower-frequency 700 MHz signals travel farther than higher-frequency PCS signals.)
