Return Policy Instructions - Please Read
We have a 15 day (from ship date) or 30 day (from ship date) return period (see below) for
items that comply with our Return Policy. If your product is defective or does not perform
properly, it may be returned for a refund (less shipping and handling charges and restocking
fees) within return period specified below. Some exceptions apply. No refund or credit will be
given for returns that do not meet the listed criteria below.
Some special order and test equipment products do not have a return policy. Contact
Powerful Signal if you have any questions.
Return Period
There is a 30 day return policy for all items except for the following which carry a 15 day
return policy.
Return Rules
You must do the following for a refund or replacement:

Return Period

Return Rules
You must do the following for a refund or replacement:
- Telephone Powerful Signal (866-912-3444) before packing the product to be returned
so that we can review the contents with you and issue an RMA# (Returned
Merchandise Authorization). You must have an RMA#. Do not send email for RMA#- Product must be in new condition:
- No physical damage, dents, scratches, scuffs, marks etc.
- Product must be in original packaging with all included components
- Manuals, warranty cards, documentation, parts, accessories etc.
- DO NOT use product packaging as shipping container. It is not designed for that task
and is not strong enough. Pack items in original packaging, well padded inside of a
box designed for shipping. - DO NOT lay items loosely (no padding) inside a shipping box, they will most likely get
damaged. - Return address and RMA# must be clearly printed on the outer shipping box.
- Product must be returned within 15/30 days of purchase date (see Return Period
above) using a "traceable means" such as UPS, FEDEX, certified mail. - Items not in compliance with return policy will not be refunded.
- Items received without an RMA# number will be refused and returned and no refund
will be issued. - A minimum 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Up to 20% restocking
fee may apply on certain manufactures items. Contact Powerful Signal if you have any
questions.
Important: Any product received not in like-new condition will be charged a 20% restocking
fee. Refunds will not be issued on damaged or incomplete/missing products.
Important: RMA's are valid for 14 days from date of issue. All product received after this 14
day period will be refused. Promptly return your product after RMA# is issued.

- Product must be in new condition:
